For automotive measurements without damaging the insulation
Mainly used to “backpin” ™ the electrical connectors. The needle is inserted through the back of the connector through the moisture- and dust-proof rubber seals. If possible, it is advised to remove these seals to prevent damage.
The needle set consists of 5 pieces of female banana plug 4 mm with fine steel needles. The small diameter of the needle (0.8 mm) is very important so as not to damage the fragile connectors.
The set comes with about 20 replacement needles so that a broken or crooked needle can be replaced by means of the supplied 1.5 mm Allen key.
