DiagnosES from Winsum was founded in 2012 and is a company fully specialized in diagnostic equipment, diagnostic data and software. We are exclusive importer for the Netherlands of several top brands such as Autologic, DEC Automotive, MECH5, Foxwell, Ditex, OBDHawk, True Code, VCP (VAG Can Pro), VAGTacho, Eltek, DiagnoseXL Data, Rainco and Revive. In addition, we are official importer/distributor of Autocom, Jaltest, GYS, Magneti Marelli and Smoke Wizard.
Diagnostic equipment and software for your laptop and many other options
This is what you can expect from us when you hire us for diagnostic equipment:
- A good customised diagnostic solution for virtually all (car) brands.
- When you purchase diagnostic equipment and car diagnostic software, you will receive all necessary guidance and on-site instruction if necessary.
- Good technical support:
During five working days per week from 8.00-17.00 hours, we are there for you in case of questions, problems or any other desired support. If necessary, we can take over your PC or laptop remotely, for example to help you download updates for your diagnostic equipment. We can also take a look at your read-out problems, help you with difficult coding or solve a malfunction. And if we cannot solve the problem, we will contact the manufacturer directly. - In the event of a fault with your device that cannot be resolved immediately, we will provide you with free loaner tests, provided you have a valid update licence.
- During our opening hours, we are easily accessible by phone, email and WhatsApp. Should we not be able to respond immediately, you may expect a call back or a response within 24 hours.
In addition to diagnostic equipment, you can also call on us for various other or specialist services, such as car diagnostic software for your laptop or OBD diagnostic equipment.
